The floor plan gets built around the actual room. We are not dropping a grid of tables into an empty ballroom. It is usually a great room, a terrace, a pool deck, or some combination, with furniture that has to move and sightlines you care about. Tell us where the bar is going and where the music lives, and we will place tables so the traffic works.

When the event is at a club like Hillcrest, the rhythm is different: there are house rules on load-in windows and vendor access, and we coordinate with the events team directly so you are not relaying messages.

Scheduling and travel to Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills is a short drive from our Los Angeles base, so same-day setup is straightforward. We are not staging out of another county or building travel time into the plan.

For a home event, we usually want to load in while the caterer is still working, then be finished and out of the way before guests arrive. For a club or hotel, we work inside whatever load-in window the venue gives us. Either way, tell us your guest arrival time and we will back into a schedule from there.
