Blackjack Table Rentals in Los Angeles
A blackjack table rental gets you a regulation 3 foot by 5 foot table, a professional dealer, chips, cards, and full setup for your event. We have been renting blackjack tables across Los Angeles since 2006, and blackjack is almost always the busiest table at a party because a guest who has never played can learn the rules in one hand. Everything is casino-themed entertainment: chips carry no cash value and nobody wagers real money.
When a blackjack table makes sense
Blackjack is the table we recommend first for almost every event, and often the table we recommend two or three of. It is the easiest game in the room to teach, the pace is fast, and players cycle through seats instead of settling in for an hour the way they sometimes do at poker.
It works for corporate holiday parties, product launches, birthdays, graduations, weddings and rehearsal dinners, casino nights at hotels and private homes, and charity fundraisers. If you are worried about a mixed crowd where half the guests have never touched a casino chip, blackjack solves that. One dealer runs the table and teaches players as they sit down, so no one has to admit in front of a group that they do not know the rules.
If you are building a full room rather than adding one table, start with casino table rentals to see the other games, and read what is the best table mix for a first casino party? before you lock in numbers.
How the job actually runs
Here is what happens from the first call to load-out.
We talk about your guest count and your room. Table count comes from headcount, not from a package. We ask how many people, how long the gaming portion runs, and whether guests will also be eating, dancing, or sitting through a program. A crowd that is half occupied with dinner needs fewer tables than a crowd with nothing else to do.
You get a quote and confirm. Every event is priced individually. We take all major credit cards.
We plan the layout with you. A regulation blackjack table is 3 feet by 5 feet, but the footprint you need is bigger once you add the dealer, seven seats, and room for people to stand and watch. If you are unsure whether your space works, see how much space does each casino table need? or send us a floor plan.
We arrive, set up, and dress the tables. Tables, layouts, chips, cards, shoes, and discard racks all come with the booking. You do not source anything.
Your dealers run the games. Our dealers are hired and trained in house. They teach, they keep the pace up, and they handle the guest who has had a couple of drinks and wants to argue about splitting tens. That is part of the job.
We break down and load out. The room goes back the way we found it.
How long it takes
Setup and breakdown depend on how many tables you have booked, how far the load-in is from the truck, whether there are stairs or an elevator, and what time the venue lets us in. We build our arrival time around your schedule, not the other way around, and we will tell you what we need when we quote the job. Ask us for a specific window once we know your venue.
For the gaming itself, most hosts run two to four hours of play. Two hours is enough for a cocktail-style event where casino tables are one part of the evening. Four hours suits a dedicated casino night with a prize drawing at the end. Longer than that and you tend to see the crowd thin out on its own.
What it costs and what moves the price
We quote every event individually, so we will not print a number here that turns out to be wrong for your party. What we can tell you is exactly what moves the price up or down:
- Number of tables. The single biggest factor. More tables means more dealers and more equipment.
- Number of hours. Dealers are staffed for the length of the gaming portion, plus setup and breakdown.
- Guest count. It drives table count. A rough planning rule: blackjack seats seven, and not every guest plays at once.
- Travel. We are based in Los Angeles and travel throughout California. Distance affects the quote.
- Venue access. Long carries, stairs without elevator access, tight load-in windows, and rooftop or backyard setups all take more crew time.
- Date and timing. December and other busy stretches book early.
- Extras. Custom prize structures, tournament formats, and additional games change the staffing plan.
Call (866) 963-6557 or send us your date and headcount through the booking form and we will put a real number in front of you.
What to look for in whoever you hire
Ask four questions of any casino party company, including us.
Who is dealing? Dealers make or break a casino night. Ask whether they are trained in house or pulled from a day-of staffing pool. All of our dealers are hired and trained by us. There are more than 20 of them, and they are professionals: they teach, they keep games moving, and they read a room.
Is everything included? Chips, cards, layouts, and setup should come with the table. If a quote is missing any of that, find out what it costs before you sign.
Are they insured? We carry event liability insurance, and most hotels and corporate venues will ask for a certificate. Get that in writing.
Can they handle a fundraiser? California has rules about charity gaming. We are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity fundraisers and we handle the compliance side. We have helped raise more than one million dollars for hundreds of California charities. We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice, but we know what our part of the paperwork looks like.
We started in 2006 as the original all-women casino party company, and we are still owned, operated, and staffed entirely by women. Our tables have worked events for Red Bull, SpaceX, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Hollywood Roosevelt, and they have shown up on screen in Ocean's 13 and CSI: NY.
Common questions
How many blackjack tables do I need for my party?
It depends on your guest count and what else is happening in the room. Each blackjack table seats seven players, and at a typical party a good share of guests are eating, drinking, or watching rather than playing at any given moment. Tell us your headcount and the length of your event and we will give you a table count that fits.
Do guests gamble with real money?
No. This is casino-themed entertainment. Guests play with chips that have no cash value, purely for fun and for whatever prizes you decide to offer. Nobody wagers or wins real money at our tables.
What comes with a blackjack table rental?
The regulation 3 foot by 5 foot table, the layout, chips, cards, and setup, plus a professional dealer to run the game. You do not need to supply any gaming equipment. We deliver, set up, run the tables, and break down.
How much does a blackjack table rental cost in Los Angeles?
We quote every event individually because the price depends on table count, hours, guest count, travel, and venue access. Call (866) 963-6557 or send your date and headcount through the booking form and we will give you a real number rather than a range that does not apply to your party.
Can you handle a charity casino night?
Yes. We are certified by the California Department of Justice gambling division for charity fundraisers and we manage the compliance side of the event. We have helped raise over one million dollars for hundreds of California charities. We do not provide legal advice, so your organization should confirm its own obligations.
